Our notes

MySQL is a hard requirement, not optional — Ghost dropped SQLite for production use. Official ARM Docker images are less consistently maintained than amd64, worth testing on your actual Pi/ARM box before committing. Newsletter delivery needs its own SMTP/Mailgun-style config; it's not free email sending baked in.
